Distinctive regional cheeses handmade on the family farm from the pure fresh milk of our own ewes. The unique qualities of creamy sheep milk create cheeses of elegant flavour and delicate texture, reflecting the pristine rolling lush hills of South Gippsland.

​Discover their modern cheesery set amongst the dairy pastures and animals on the farm, and experience the flavors of unique regional cheeses on a ploughman’s platter. Cheese rooms specially designed for sheep cheese enable the entire process to occur onsite. View the cheese making process or soak up the beauty of Moyarra Valley from the tasting room that overlooks the dairy. Enjoy Bronwyn’s country hospitality & home-baked meals such as slow cooked lamb pies, frittata, hearty soups or scones (call ahead to check the day’s limited menu). Local beer and wines are also served. Indoor or veranda seating caters for all weather.

Second generation cheesemakers Burke & Bronwyn Brandon developed the Prom Country label to showcase the regional origin of our sheep milk. Cow’s milk from a neighbour’s dairy also features in our range of traditional cheeses including natural-rinded hard cheese, soft cheese, marinated and blues.
